Analysis of The Main Production Process of Galvanized Sheet
Divided into two kinds of galvanized sheet cut into fixed length and rolled galvanized sheet packaging. General metal packaging, lined with moisture-proof paper, tied with an iron waist outside, tied tightly, to prevent the galvanized sheet inside from rubbing against each other.
Relevant product standards (below and below) list the recommended standard thickness, length, and width of low price color corrugated steel sheet and their allowable deviations. In addition, the width and length of the board and the width of the roll can also be determined according to user requirements.
3. Appearance and surface state
Due to the different treatment methods in the galvanization process, the galvanized sheet has different surface conditions, such as ordinary zinc flower, fine zinc flower, flat zinc flower, non-zinc flower, and phosphating surface.
4. Galvanized amount Standard value
The amount of galvanization is a commonly used and effective method to indicate the thickness of the zinc layer of galvanized sheet. There are two types of galvanizing on the same side (i.e., equal thickness galvanized) and different galvanization on both sides (i.e., differential thickness galvanization). The unit of galvanizing amount is g / m2.
5. Mechanical properties
(1) Tensile test: Generally speaking, only the galvanized sheet for structural, tensile and deep drawing has tensile performance requirements.
(2) Bending test: It is the main item to measure the technical performance of thin plates. However, the requirements of various national standards for various galvanized sheets produced by galvanized corrugated steel sheet manufacturers are not consistent. It is generally required that after the galvanized sheet is bent for 180 °, there should be no zinc layer on the outer surface, and the sheet base must not be cracked or broken.
6. Chemical composition
Different countries have different requirements for the chemical composition of galvanized substrates. If Japan does not require it, the United States does. Finished product inspection is generally not performed.
7. Shape measurement
There are two indicators of plate shape, flatness, and sickle. The flatness of the plate and the maximum allowable value for sickle bending are specified.
