There are four main categories of PPGI steel sheets classified by substrate:
1. Cold-rolled substrate color coated steel sheet. Hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel sheets (such as 55% Al-Zn sheets and 5% Al-Zn sheets) have better surface appearance and corrosion resistance than pure hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, so only when there are special requirements Only as a color coated substrate.
4. Electroplated zinc color coated steel sheet. Since the zinc layer of the electrogalvanized sheet is thinner, the zinc content is usually 40 g/m2 (double-sided), and the production cost is higher than that of the hot dip galvanized steel coil. Therefore, the electrogalvanized PPGI sheet with the electro-galvanized sheet as the substrate is not suitable for use. In terms of construction.
